I have completed client web applications and i continously tweaking my process inorder to continue to deliver web applications that fulfil customer goals and are also up to standard.
The process by meeting with business owners to learn about their needs and goals. From the initial meeting, we are able to come up with a solution that prioritizes business needs versus wants.
The proposal is a summary of what we have discussed in the initial meeting and will serve as a guideline in the next step to ensure that the client gets what they have asked for.
Misleadingly thought of as the superficial appearance of a product, design actually encompasses a lot more. It is a cross functional process that includes market research, technical research, design of a concept, and prototype mockup. I work with a team of talented UI/UX designers on this step.
It is important that during the process the client is kept in the loop about what is happeneing. Scheduling progress calls inorder to keep clients in the loop helps the client feel ownership for what we are creating.
Findings from the research and design phases are utilized for the production of specific products including materials, systems, and methods. I utilize the research and designs to produce a viable products for the client.
Following handover of the project, I will train the client on how to use the application and offer maintenance support for a period of time following handover.
